The apple juice is mixed with water and yeast in a fermentation tank. During this stage, the natural sugars convert into alcohol, releasing CO₂ as part of the process.

  1. Fermentation - Stage 2

The alcohol from Stage 1 is then fermented again using Acetobacter (acetic acid bacteria) and is converted into apple cider vinegar.

  1. Maturation

The vinegar is aged and filtered under controlled conditions for clarity, balanced acidity, and a clean fruit profile.

  1. Quality checking

Every apple cider vinegar batch is tested for acidity, clarity, flavour consistency, and microbial safety to meet food-industry standards.

  1. Delivery
